Its in these companies best interest to get #3 up and running fast and smooth. They could be seeing more work from AMFE in the future... but If it takes a little longer, i dont mind, you never know what could happen.

Its possible that the bulk of the work is just interior changes. The kitchen and bars could already be close to what they they need. Roger has contracting experience, so hes not completely relying on the experience of others... and Ben started locations #1 and #2
