Funny, another poster with absolutely no posts in any other folders comign here to bash.

The fund should have no issues convincing either the authorities or the SEC that there is a history of deception here. The fund should be able to claim that they were not aware of this history prior to engaging Mr. Harris and CSHD.

Some of this history include:
-a similar claim at BBAN
-greenlefe funding fiasco
-statments by Mensah from AISS
-statements from other companies that are still listed as subsidiaries

To say what is going on here is egregious would be an understatement. I sense the boiling point is very near.

Yes, the fund needs to take an agressive stance and issue a public statement for the record clarifying the "confusion". In fact, the fund ought to contact this person, i'm sure she and the local authorities can be of assistance.

He did answer direct, he said nothing has changed. So the 8-k is what you need to read. I think that is about as direct as you can get. If the deal was a no go, then
I think another 8-k is how a professional ceo would do it. Harris just showed up here to let the bashers know he was watching, he didn't come here to give out information. Everything we need is either in the 8-k, and when we see the 10-k all questions will be answered. jmho

Thank you for touching on my question Mr. Harris.

You just told us:

"You can not C&D a filed security action, another DA question."

Does this mean that CSHD still has full access to the $1.3 billion in secured financing from Mr. Canady's group? If Mr. Canady decided to deny CSHD access to the bonds for failure to obtain payment from your company, I don't believe the cease and desist would even be necessary. It's not a legal matter - it's merely a business decision on his part, as it relates to fullfillment of the terms of any contracts the two of you signed.

It would be Securities Fraud to even try and not deliver on a contract filed with the SEC that includes a Global Security as such is involved.

You would have to go to FEDERAL Court to get it back.

One of many, several investors oversea can not even sell their shares.

Several large houses and Banks have stated to their investors, they will have to wait until the reset.

He answered ever question including the Our Puke one. He obviously wants to serve papers to OUR STREET when he comes in the U.S. and it is obvious Our Puke is fearful of that condition. You don't even need to ponder that one why?

It is so obvious by the actions of bashers here there are two issues going on. Shorties which is so apparent and people that have something against Alexander/FHAL> There gotta be some history there?????? HMMMMM!

Mr Harris DID NOT state that he still had full possession and unrestricted rights to the financing from Canady.

He said "it would be" a violation of securities laws to deny him access to those funds.

That is very different. "Would be a violation" is not the same as "I have the bonds"

Happy, good grief, I really feel sorry for these people, they are bond by fraudulent dealings that they are part of and have enormous stress being applied upon them to drive this down.
