The fund should have no issues convincing either the authorities or the SEC that there is a history of deception here. The fund should be able to claim that they were not aware of this history prior to engaging Mr. Harris and CSHD.
Some of this history include: -a similar claim at BBAN -greenlefe funding fiasco -statments by Mensah from AISS -statements from other companies that are still listed as subsidiaries
To say what is going on here is egregious would be an understatement. I sense the boiling point is very near.
Yes, the fund needs to take an agressive stance and issue a public statement for the record clarifying the "confusion". In fact, the fund ought to contact this person, i'm sure she and the local authorities can be of assistance.
