You know Dimensions, I can't say he dodged the questions. To me, he's as confident as ever and everything will be released in the 10K. These are all questions that will be answered soon.
Have to agree with you on that point. Seems odd that he made his statements when the funding agreement had specific wording for termination in case of failures on CSHD's side.
