Yes, he states in another post that "we have the bonds".

-he does not state which bonds
-nor does he state if he has the bonds because he is "blocking" on them, as the C&D order accused (and instructed him to stop and release them)

i think who ever issued that C&D needs to draw a new and "legal" one up and issue a PR as well. What do you think?
