Appears HILL Sold 5K shares they did not have and swapped two 5K chunks. Notice HILL no longer appears to have any shares as they went to .55 cents with a ask size of 2500. WIEN who was next up ran on the ASK from .21 to .31` on NO TRADES (just from the FEAR of being next up on the ASK). :-))

HILL now appears to be short 21K shares or almost 6% of the FLOAT.

Also, it appears that the CEO is not selling anymore "Cheap" shares. Curious how the price SOARS when the CEO quites selling shares.
