DNRE had a 10-1 RS and changed to DNRR and then changed symbol to PLGC. Those in near bottom on DNRE did well IMO
Mr. Bill,
I'm researching William Tay and Donar Enterprises came up. I can't find any info on what happened to this company, it seems it's not trading and the ticker now belongs to Playlogic Entertainment.
If you could PM me with any info on William Tay, good or bad, I'd appreciate it. Thanks
Nice. this one will turn out very good IMO :)
DNRE -- As of March 18, 2005, 9,289,647 shares of the Issuer's $0.001 par value common stock were outstanding and the aggregate market value of the shares held by non-affiliates was approximately $178,696 based upon a closing bid price on March 18, 2005 of $0.28 per share of common stock on the OTC Bulletin Board. :)
OT: Wow, had no idea that Jerry had a sister...... GREAT Kramer quotes ---- I am ROFL. Nice way to lift my New Year hangover.
Remember them all now --- - "no doctors for me. A bunch of lackeys and yes-men all towing the company line. plus, they botched my vasectomy." "they botched it?" "i'm even more potent now!" --- Haaaa!
you know we're ticking off those who expect this to be a dnre board. but anyway... did you know seinfeld, the character, has a sister? it's mentioned briefly and without consequence early on yet never addressed.
here are a few quotes from kramer:
- "and with darren's help, we'll get that chicken."
- "no bagel, no bagel, no bagel."
- "i've cut slices so thin, i couldn't even see them."
"how'd you know you cut it?"
"well, i guess i just assumed."
- "karate. it's a lifetime pursuit of balance and harmony.
but with punching and kicking."
- "i'm going to make people feel my gonnorhea."
- "you think people will still be using napkins in the year 2000? or is this mouth vacuum thing for real?"
- "what do I need to talk for, huh? what, to blab to the neighbors about how george has a new femme jerry friend? tell everybody at the coffee shop how george is all mixed up in a perverse sexual amalgam of some girl and his best friend? see now, i've done all that. now it's time for silence."
- "no doctors for me. A bunch of lackeys and yes-men all towing the company line. plus, they botched my vasectomy."
"they botched it?"
"i'm even more potent now!"
- "emphysema, birth defects, cancer. but not this. jerry, my face is my livelihood. everything I have I owe to this face."
LOL. That is one of the best episodes for sure and tend to agree with you on George's Parents aiding in the series significantly. As far as character development goes ... You understand George (the best character IMO) whn his parents are introduced. "SERENITY NOW!!!!!"
Tough to guess my favorite. Love the episode when George and Elaine are sustaining from sex and George becomes a super genius and Elaine an idiot and absolutely love the episodes season where George faked being handicapped and worked at Playtime (is that it?) [was the ones with Kramica as well) --- and his Yankee Employment cracks me up.
my favorite episode would have to be the one in which kramer has an intern, darren, for his enterprise, kramerica. my favorite line: "You know Darren, if you would have told me twenty-five years ago that some day I’d be standing here about to solve the worlds energy problems, I would’ve said you’re crazy… Now let’s push this giant ball of oil out the window." i purchased the first and second season on dvd; however, and as much as i enjoy seinfeld, it is hard to get into it until about the third or fourth season. for me i think the transition was at about the time that george's parents were introduced.
is this a dnre board still?
Seinfeld ---- Seen every episode 10 times but still roll on the floor watching them :)
mack, then i highly recommend reading the sunday comics, watching a sitcom, or going to the local dmv if that was your funniest moment of the year.
Just means this afternoon is the last day of the year and it was my best laugh of the year.
Now you got me looking around every corner and eyeing every shadow.... lol
Have a great New Year, time for some drinks.....
OT: ATCB --- just seems like a lil's DejaVu when I look at them and DNRE. http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=4978386
ahhhh a DNRE room. Man one of these for every stock I guess. We'll sorry about sending the ask crazy today after buying those .15's ... the .20's are looking good after reading yall's info.
and what does "it took down to the last afternoon" mean?
oddly, it didn't even cross my mind at the time to look at his posting history. my only point was that it was STRANGE timing considering the LACK of information at the time of his post and the time of his purchase of the stock. that's why i asked if the main reason for purchasing the stock was because of mm involvement. again, had i looked at his history, i would have never posted those thoughts. we'd be naive if we didn't think that some of those on the inside of companies at times pop into the boards. certainly i'd hope and can't imagine that they live there.
as far as not looking at popcan's history, have you ever momentarily forgotten how to spell the word 'who'? but i'm glad that i gave you such a laugh, not that you are given to bombasts or anything.
Goosemeister, now thats a post!
It took down to the last afternoon, but I laughed more at this post than any all year, good job!
Let me just say I have no idea who popcan is, but looking at his history I see a heavy dose of MFLM and NRES. Not that I am proud of it, but in my stupider days (Not that I am smart now) I too played those dogs. So, I highly doubt that Halter would have bothered following those sad tales.
You are correct about m_acck, Mack and him are one and the same.
Hope you got some, this should be worth hanging around for.
Happy New Year!
Mack
Goosemeister, check out

If you look on the bottom right, you will see a "Halter Financial Top 10". I believe that most if not all of these are the result of Halter involved reverse mergers.
anyone notice or think anything funny about the 12/16 timing of popcan's comment on rb that he purchased stocks of dnre? this was one day after halter's statement of ownership and five days before the 8k. odd time to buy dnre stock with no news. by that time there was no talk of change of ownership on yahoo, rb, or here. even macck on rb notes that it was excellent timing, which, i might add, (popcan's post) was a full three months after the last post on rb. is it purely because, as mack (i imagine that macck and mack are the same) on ihub noted, mms were popping up? or is it, and i cringe saying this for fear of being thought of as a quasi-conspiracist, because popcan is halter? popcan never posted on the dnre board at rb until that date. my last question: was it raining in dallas, halter's home, the day the statement of ownership was listed, or am i misinterpreting his comment about picking up shares "for a rainy day"? i think i'm reading too much into that comment, considering that it wasn't "on a rainy day." just wondering if that was a wink to the readers.
halter's stocks have a pretty good history post acquisition/statement of ownership. halter financial group seems to be currently focused on chinese companies seeking to gain credence by being listed on an american exchange via reverse mergers, which are less expensive and less time-consuming. of course, the dramatic increases in share prices post-halter acquisition/statement of ownership are likely due to the very small floats, considering that halter owns nearly all of the common stock in his handful of otc endeavors.
does anyone have information regarding reverse mergers with which halter has been involved? does he acquire a controlling interest in companies before they reverse merge? medina coffee, basic empire, donar, and chinese digital have not reverse merged yet after halter involvement during the 04 year.
thanks
Form 4 Today - New Owner DNRE
Guess it wasn't my imagination after all!
Is it my imagination
or did a bunch of new MM's show up here recently?
Don't remember 10 MM's plus a GNET (archipelago) to boot.
Ole buddy NITE seems to have notice, raised bid to .08. The last time DNRE printed over .07 was back in July!
Mack
nothing in the past year...doesn't look like this went the way
you were all told,or pumped
well then again.....nothing happenening
well then....anything new...or anything positive
The spread is killer already, can't imagine a reverse split on this one. It would be 2.00 x 10.00 the float is too small to have a R/S IMO
YEEEEEOOOOHHHHH!!!
It will be interesting to see if Mr. McGusty decides to complete acquistions without a reverse split. Since he owns 93%, it may be better financially for him to sell shares and recoup some or all of his investment.
Does seem like he has a plan in mind and is systematically executing it!
Mack
and I own 100,000 of those 638,200 too!! :))
From DNRE Schedule 13D Today:
Item 4. Purpose of Transaction.
The shares of Common Stock deemed to be beneficially owned by Mr. McGusty were acquired for, and are being held for, investment purposes. The shares of Common Stock were acquired for the purpose of acquiring control of the Company and seeking one or more strategic acquisitions. In connection therewith, Mr. McGusty may recommend and/or vote in favor of one or more proposals which would amend the Company's Certificate of Incorporation and for the appointment of directors.
The Reporting Person may in the future directly acquire shares of Common Stock in open market or private transactions, block purchases or otherwise. The Reporting Person may continue to hold or dispose of all or some of the securities reported herein from time to time, in each case in open market or private transactions, block sales or purchases or otherwise, subject to compliance with applicable law. Other than as set forth herein, the Reporting Person has no plans or proposals which relate to, or could result in, any of the matters referred to in paragraphs (b) through (j), inclusive, of Item 4 of the Schedule 13D. The Reporting Person may, at any time and from time to time, review or reconsider his or its position and formulate plans or proposals with respect thereto, but has no present intention of doing so.
Item 5. Interest in Securities of the Issuer.
(a) As of the close of business on June 11, 2004, the Reporting Person was the beneficial owners, within the meaning of Rule 13d-3 under the Exchange Act, of 8,651,447 shares of Common Stock. As of June 11, 2004, these shares represented 93% of the sum of the 9,289,647 total shares of Common Stock outstanding as reported in the Company's Form 10Q for the quarterly period ended March 31, 2004.

NOTE: FLOAT IS A WHOPPING 638,200 shares!!! (9,289,647-8,651,447)
Huh? DNRE roaring and GVTS is a POS. WRONG as USUAL.
Curious your flip on GVTS.... Now you say SELL. LMAOUSI
How about that!
Hope you are doing well Mr. Bill.
MM's can't have many shares, that for sure as the float is so miniscule. I am sure Mr. McGusty didn't shell out half a million dollars on a whim, so this could get interesting!
Mack
.05 x .15 to .10 x .20 on NO Trades today...

I think this is the right guy, always like someone willing to take a stand!

DNRE - New Owners Coming
From filings yesterday, control of the company changed hands in a private transaction.
Likely a completely new direction, though no information filed as yet on new owners or new plans.
Very Speculative, though the float appears to still be extremely tight.
Mack
Interesting yet confusing Form 4 last Friday
William Tays father owns 323,800 shares and not 3,000 as previously stated in the last SC13G.
So the float may in fact be 320,800 less or the OS may be 320,800 more with the same float
The 10KSB is due anytime, should clear this up.
Mack
Overall, the fish have sure been biting me back the last 2 weeks.
If I've earned any lesson the hard way over the years, its to step back when that happens and let them finish biting. I do know that the rediculously low valuations that have occured during the past years will return once again and I intend to keep the bulk of my cash out of the MM's hands until that occurs. Gotta keep to my own style of investing that I have had great success with, I am simply not a great trader.
Now fishing DNRE is another story, one of the only ones I accumulated last year that really has not had a good run and is still cheap. Yet, it is one of the ones that is really solid, low OS, and a float under 500K. Any developments and this will really move. I still intend to pick some more here, I have tried a few days under the ASK, but the MM's have not obliged as yet. Will keep trying!
Mack...How's the fishin' going?
New float 458,800
Up to 70K, most right before Thanksgiving though been trolling for more, should have grabbed at .09.
Of course, I reserve the right to do my part to either increase or decrease that number, though it would be very silly to let go of shares with a structure this tight.
I caught all the hubbub going on. I guess I too should stop this frontrunning and get to making some bank.
Float is 635,200 I own 106,400 of that.
New float number 528,800
How about the rest of us here?

Hey! Hey! I said I wanted a lower price
so I could load up cheap.....
Looks like this puppy may be waking up!
Common someone - sell some stock here
I have been waiting since Thanksgiving to accumulate at .06 or under, but not a share has traded since then....
Very patient holders here......
Level II. On an EVEN day MMs greatly reduced L2. Why ?
Some Possibilities:
a) CEO registered some shares for sale? Don't see any filings, at least not yet.
b) UCAP selling some shares they bought at .05 cents as they have now became unrestricted? They had 200K at .05 cents.
c) L2 reduced as MMs picked up some shares from UCAP ?
Did any one see which MM / MMs were active selling shares ?
