Yes. We will be waiting for your detailed proposal that will be approved by Treasury, FHFA, Pref and common shareholders. I am sure it will be much better than anything I have read.

Why these bankers discuss about converting pref or selling warrants?

FnF never needed additional capital before and FnF do not need any outside capital now. What is required is, third amendment needs to be voided so that FnF dividend payments are adjusted against principle and 10% interest.

FnF should be allowed to buy back the warrants for nominal price like other banks.

Bought my 1st batch of Fannie in 2009 at $1.59. Sorry that I was not brave enough to buy more at $0.25~$0.5 in 2012. Or, it can be a big fortune.

At first, I think it will only take a few years. It turns out to be too political. Until I need the money, I will not cash the investment. That's what I will do. Hope it is right. GLTA.

Every plan calls for the ending of the NWS except MBA's plan.

Back in 2010, I sold my FNMA shares for a loss, I needed the money. Now I'm trying to recoup my losses. As Sally said from Charlie Brown, "All i want is what i have coming to me, all i want is my fair share".
