Patents are taken care of-wrong
The patent for CIAB with Cytochrome P450 producing cells to be used for cancer, specifying Cyclophosphamide or Ifosfamide as the prodrugs has expired. It's a patent dating back to Gunzberg.
PMCB claims they filed a new patent. Which would require something new over the original patent, and considered not obvious by the USPO. Care to provide a patent number for the claimed filing? And no, claiming it takes time to be posted by the USPO doesn't cut it. Once in, PMCB is free to disclose what makes the new patent unique vs the older one. Including the patent number assigned. So where's the details?
BTW - Gunzberg has been busy filing patents, for a cellulose based encapsulation vehicle, which can actually be found when searched for. One of latest is to provide acid protection of substances encapsulated while transversing the stomach into the intestines. Of course it has nothing to do with CIAB+ an alkylating prodrug for cancer.
