I'll repeat, . they created the so-called "subsidiary"
to bury debt ( obviously ) but they conveyed ZERO
ASSETS INTO THE SUBSIDIARY.


NSAV HAS NO ASSETS, not lately.


Creating a "subsidiary" to capture DEBT ONLY,
but simultaneously conveying NO ASSETS into
the subsidiary is prima facie fraudulent.
