The same can be said for all untrue PRs if you ask me. It is all BS if the PRs are put out and within a week nothing comes of it. We got an education on "authorization" and what that means to this management, and apparently it is not the same for the market (reaction to Walmart and concurrent PRs) but any PR saying 30 - 60 days to retail availability or in stores, when it seems to be common knowledge among RB posters that the process normally takes longer than 30 - 60 days means prior knowledge that the process was not ongoing at the time of the PR issue, if you follow. Other option is a lot of done deals fell through. Worse of two evils.
Bottom line is the credibility is shot and as goes the credibility so goes the stock price.
This is not the first instance of bogus PRs. However I must say that I do not know the status of production. Was it restarted after April 30 and prior to the May and June PRs?

Do You know that this problem with manufacturing has not been resolved since April 30, 2001? The 10Q also had a statement that The CEO expected to have the problem resolved. Now maybe You should find somebody else other than the Company IR to call. What the heck, Plunk down a sisable retainer and go for it. The company management is not obligated to let us know until the next 10Q if it has been resolved or not. So in the meantime by all means be sure to let us other non lawers know what You find out. Some time in the next week I am going to place another order and I'll let this board know if it gets filled. I would hate to have that spigot shut off as I am very fond of Aqua Vie's product. It's one of the only products that I do not get indegestion from. It even tastes good to me warm. BTW, I don't recall seeing anything that states the actual time that the product has been halted for. Only that there was a problem resulting in a halt. AHHHhhh, I do like this chair, It's so comfy here. Must be the upholstery. ))))))) Regards,

The recent 10Q says a dozen store chains. The P/R's talk about stores.

I'm not a lawyer either but I would think that safe harbor problems only come into play if they lied about what they actually said. I don't think there is a requirement to fully disclose other matters in a P/R.

The real question for me is if they can return to production and was the quality issue a smoke screen for avbc not paying their bills.
