The independent study in Texas is the 1st real INDEPENDENT study done to my understanding.

The others were controlled by the company.

INDEPENDENT studies are imparitive since they are completed by a third party.

However I am not sure what the FDA requires for the approval of a topical solution like VIABECLINE. ..
