Consultant will utilize LinkedIn, Digg, Stumble, Face Book,
Twitter, Penny stock tweets, various boards and blogs to bring the
Client's profile and/or news in front of traders daily. The
subcontractors will message in an effort to be repetitive and
subliminal. Strongest rewards are appreciated in four to six weeks.

Messaging without disclosure is in strict violation of Section 17(b) and FRAUD.

Hijacking the Section 3(a)(10) exemption to pay for PROMOTION via CM Research LL and the Subcontractors is FRAUD.

Doesn't matter now XNRG is REVOKED and will NEVER trade again. The subcontractors can eat those shares. They ought to consider themselves lucky that no charges have been filed against them yet.

XNRG was a fraudulent piece of shit. Everyone knows this now. And yes, after the FEDS got on their other stock that was illegally promoted I think CMR and the Subcontractors closed up shop and the perps are back to their old devices of trying to con folks via other manners.
