As far as the fairytale sub-contractors, feel free to show us all who they supposedly were because personally I think that subcontractor stuff is all BS. There is no evidence that any fairytale subcontractor did anything whatsoever.
If you actually care to read any of the information in the link you provided to the legit 3a10 you would see that CMR would not do any work until they were paid which obviously they never were.
