I think its because in the CC Noreen said she had contracts in place for $12 million dollars per month in Lodonol orders that would kick in as soon as they were cleared for Nigerian sales. (150,000 tablets per day within 90 days). Now the Nigeria approval PR said they expect to announce contracts shortly no mention of those existing contracts.

All of this news is great news to those who believe in the company. But it's also expected. Noreen mentioned Côte d’Ivoire in last week's publishing, so it's not like today's news was new. The marketing approval was expected too. No surprise. Plus, over the next year+, I expect these types of announcements constantly. The Nigeria approval will fastrack approval in 15+ African countries, mostly Western Africa. Once the initial purchase order comes in (which is expected by us believers), it will literally turn the entire market into believers, and everyone will want this stock. They will have proof that this stock is a winner. Currently, those disbelievers look at this stock and haven't figured out the equation. It looks bad to them, and us that have done our due diligence (and have figured out the equation) understand why it looks bad. But it only looks bad if you haven't solved the equation. It probably "looks bad" for a "good" reason, and that's what the disbelievers fail to see. All speculation of course.

The graph looks great in my opinion. It's been bullish since the publication on April 12th. As you've said, we're not going to see our breakout until we see purchase orders. If there are some really big numbers in that purchase order, this thing could go very high.

Hopefully, purchase orders will trigger Investor Relations Partners to PR the hell out of this thing, and maybe we'll start seeing some crazy 50m volume days. Existing noteholders that are currently diluting will get paid off immediately if they're already not paid off by then anyway. Once CDEL is paid off, there will be no wall anymore holding this thing back. Hopefully, revenues will pay off the other notes that aren't already diluting. Noreen did say in the CC Q&A that she expects 300m shares outstanding by the time we hit commercialization, and we're already over that number. So I can't imagine we're going too much higher. Either way, it doesn't matter. Noreen said we'll be profitable in 2017. I believe it. I haven't calculated it exactly, but I think it will take about $40-$50m in revenue to reach profitability. No reason why we wouldn't reach those numbers in Nigeria alone. But once the final dilutive shares have been broken through (I would assume this would happen very soon after purchase orders come), nature will take its course, and we'll have new buyers that have an accurate way to value this company, and we'll have people holding out to sell their stock for what they believe it's truly worth.

We're just waiting. It looks like it's going steadily up for now, but it's all meaningless anyway. The only thing everybody is waiting to see is purchase orders. I believe they'll be here soon. Maybe not this week. Maybe not next week. Maybe tomorrow though, who knows.
