I think its because in the CC Noreen said she had contracts in place for $12 million dollars per month in Lodonol orders that would kick in as soon as they were cleared for Nigerian sales.(150,000 tablets per day within 90 days). Now the Nigeria approval PR said they expect to announce contracts shortly no mention of those existing contracts.

My impression from the CC Q&A, as I remember it from January, was that the contracts were all set, but will be signed (finalized) after they are granted marketing approval. She made it sound like the deals were already in place, but final signatures will happen after the marketing approval. She never said anything was going to kick off immediately after marketing approval (from what I remember anyway, maybe I missed it). Because I remember wanting to ask that question myself, and specifically listening for it, and she never said anything about how long it would take. I did not get to ask any questions during the CC Q & A (I'm certain they purposely didn't let me speak imo), but I was waiting to ask "How soon after the marketing approval will we begin selling?" I never got to ask it. And I didn't hear anybody asking it either, because I specifically remember being disappointed that I didn't know the answer to that.
