Harborside does seem to fit the bill other than being a private company. Do they have a parent company that owns them that's publicly traded?

Yes I don't think they are publicly traded but it is my opinion along with a friend of mine who is better connected than I am. I 'll bet we find out in a few weeks. NICE DD on Harborside I have not had any time to even look at them at all.
