I was just going to echo that statement. :) What DBMM should have done was file a 15-12g and terminate SEC filing obligations. It is obviously that management was not competent enough to be an SEC filer.

Ohh I didnt know that.They have been delinquet for past 2 years.Does it mean they never diluted in past 2yrs?

LDiggidy, what about the outstanding share increase last year? Can that happen while in litigation?
