I'm sorry, but what does the float have to do with the Authorized common shares?

nothing

it is the fully diluted common shares that cannot be greater than the Authorized common shares and scam company YIPI has been massively increasing the fully diluted common shares in the last 4 years, to the point where the figure is now LARGER than the Authorized common shares...

so

only two choices:

1. REVERSE SPLIT

or

2. Increase in Authorized Common shares

lol.. 500M shares of YIPI...lolzzzzz

never happen... heck YIPI hasn't increased the float since 2013

shares are hard to come by huh
