ACTC- From PR " Advanced Cell received notices on August 23, 2006 from substantially all of the holders of the Company's currently outstanding amortizing convertible debentures and common stock purchase warrants issued September 15, 2005, exercising their existing additional investment option to purchase additional debentures and warrants. Upon closing, the additional investment option will generate approximately $8.5 million in new capital. The Company expects the closing to occur on or about September 7, 2007."
