since the fully diluted common shares outstanding are considerably higher than the authorized common shares of 75 million, why don't you wait until scam company YIPI effects a REVERSE SPLIT or INCREASES THE AUTHORIZED COMMON SHARES TO 500 MILLION

I would imagine that the YIPI stock price would have a "great" reaction to these events

Without question, THIS WILL BE THE LAST YEAR HOLDING THIS STOCK! I know there are others on the board that have been holding this as long as I have, but going on over 4 years now and not see this thing even hit $1 and at least stay is getting 'old news'! Too much talk and hype on this thing going to the moon is getting old!
