Why would anyone want to add a treatment, Keytruda, with 40% ORR to one, Direct, with zero ORR?

I'll take Keytruda alone please.

Looking at the slide Dr Prins was showing in his video of March 2016, if the last graphic is correct and that indeed what they found was that adding a PD-1 blocking antibody to DCVax actually resulted in the tumor being eliminated, then the value of this 'puppy' is anyones guess.
