I checked online and it says the PR was issued after hours today.

When, in the last 6 years, has Elite issued a PR after hours?

I'm not counting the CRL PR because that was after hours on a Friday so completely different.

What's also sketchy(could be good or bad), is this is the first time ever that I recall a PR without Nasrat's comments in it.

He would have HAD to say something in the PR about "looking forward to BE results" or something to that effect.
