Not only the timing of the PR but the timing within the timing.

I checked online and it says the PR was issued after hours today.

When, in the last 6 years, has Elite issued a PR after hours?

I'm not counting the CRL PR because that was after hours on a Friday so completely different.

Why not wait until Tuesday morning?

it's just the timing... not helping and only supplying ammo.
