So renegotiating a debt that had a .001 conversion to one that has .0001 is doing good for shareholders?

This note holder can turn a 50k note to millions of dollars and this act alone by the company smells scamy to me.

I think it's fair to simply give them time and see if they are going to continue to do the right things and do right by their shareholders.

And until that time--which would be when?--ask no questions? Don't complain about the woefully inadequate disclosure? Don't ask how the change in control was done?

Just hope for the best, and if things don't work out, walk away? Does the company have NO responsibilities?
