500 million shares at .0001 for a 50k note tells me alot about the company and make that action extremely suspicious regardless of terms.

FightingBack, to add to that BLDV info...

You are very correct in your thoughts. Not only are the shares "under a 144 restriction and leak out clause" as clearly indicated that seems to keep getting ignored, they have not even been issued. To add to that thought regarding BLDV, it can be confirmed from the Transfer Agent (TA) that those shares are not even issued. Hmmmm... maybe there's a plan in the mix.

I'm not sure why all of the redundant attempts to try to discredit BLDV and what they are doing. I think it's fair to simply give them time and see if they are going to continue to do the right things and do right by their shareholders.

Plus the original 25k note was already aged.

So half those shares can be sold now.

10q will tells us how many have been sold so far.
