My research turned up the same result.
Irina V is her real name and she's from Serbia.
I also have identified several mini me pumper accounts posting on chat boards for which I believe were people coming from that country. They had sloppy grammar, poorly written sentences and unknowledgeable comments. I helped rectify this with the admin he blocked out those multiple accounts however there's still one left out.
It could be that Irina is using that one. You can find her account by sifting through my posts where I am replying to her unsubstantiated comments.
If mini me is going to hire a pumper crew to flood chat boards, why not hire native english speakers? IMO to cut down expenses. So cheap.
