I also understand 49ers post about mission change.

While doing some pondering and I put in another post about TPG/INTEL taking McAfee PUBCO via Reverse Merger with $SFOR when TPG buys the MFA/OOBA patents.

RM is more cost effective, can be tax-free and much easier to go PUBCO.

I didn't think about ACS going PUBCO via RM with $SFOR as 49er indicated. Another good possibility!

Either way, we're in for one AWESOME ride folks! ;-)
