I would hope that Rich does not wait till the very last day to release the Q1 financials.

Usually the market will respond more favorably when there is an element of surprise.

So that is to say, if everyone is expecting for the financials to be released on May 22nd, Rich should release them at sometime before then together with forward guidance...imo
