Thanks.

Not wanting to discourage your thoughts on a buyout by TPG, I just see everything playing out in a different way.

Since the situation has changed dramaticly, Mark stated on a Buyout (in an email) a buyout would be two years out.

If TPG were going to (and may have already offered?) Buy SFOR, would they not offered to do so already with a generous offer ?

TPG has either offered and SFOR wanted more than what TPG were willing to pay, or they did not make an offer to begin with.

The Tide began to turn with the MSFT Settlement.

And investors could see it (and hear it from Mark) Retail stores, begining with Target in July 2016. "TV Store Coming "
"Major Major Deals with Major Major Players" then investors seeing for themselves the McAffee and Intel Websites on what ACS was doing.

And then finally there as the ACS Webinar.
Standards Bodies quoting Out-of-Band Authentication Mandatory.

And then just yesterday Jtech's email from ACS.

Between the ACS Webinar and the Email Jtech recieved from ACS, I can see why SFOR has changed it plans on a buyout in the near term.

IMO :

SFOR had a Dream of what they envisioned many many many years ago.

SFOR going through everything it has, including the R/S just trying to stay alive, I'm sure some of those grandiose aspirations and Dreams faded to the point of desiring a buyout. Waller stated it in his Nov. 2013 interview.

Well guess what Folks ! Finally after 20 years, Cyber Security became Front and Center and the Industy was on fire, with many Large Companies doing M&A Action in late 2015 and 2016, buying up every advantage that might help them going forward, to include MSFT with PhoneFactor.

SFOR selling its Patents to Cyber Secuirty Inc. / ACS and forming a Channel Partnership, might have been the best deal they had made up until that point. Even though initially it may have looked like a bad idea to sell of the patents with SFOR and shareholders losing value.

Look at the doors ACS has opened up.

Definitely enough to make SFOR say, wait a minute, let's not be looking to sell out so soon.

The Original Dream, is Alive Again.

At this point, I'll just quote StrikeForce :

Is it any wonder why Mark sounds up beat in his quotes from the latest Interview ! I mean how many times can he say I see Great Numbers coming the 2nd half of the year.

"we expect some tremendous very very sizable revenues"

"we are starting to CLOSE some deals we see as the key deals we talked about"

"by the second half will be seeing some sizable numbers that I think will be quite remarkable"

"we've been on HSN, that took us over a year to get therein our minds and the good news is we'll probably be on that show a few more times most likely but we're not sure"

"we're starting to see a lot more retail sales getting done, so we're starting to see a real push out in the retail space"

"We're actually at a point now where were right this minute where we have some very strong sales in front of us, these are some of the big sales we've been working on quite a while now"

"the retail space we do manage and spend a lot of time on and starting to see some major steps getting done."

"But definitely the sales are developing, some large numbers out there that we are getting done we're getting involved in more discussions and we should start seeing again the second half of this year as very very sizable, at least that's what we see now and hope, we'll see what transpire"

"until the second half when we do see some I think big numbers hitting us and if we see some of the numbers we expect to see by the end of the year I think we should start seeing some major upscale, I can't saw how the market works, I can't say what people should do but we have a lot more shareholders out there now we deal with them constantly, and definitely they should hold on

We're up for a very very, very positive ride. "
