It doesn't make a bit of difference. Don't you understand. This is NOT just subject to Rich. Take a look at whether or not other companies have filed 10-Q's on time, especially in penny land. As just ONE example, I will give you KBLB. They have filed late many times.
It would be great if you would not use ICNB as an example as if to say it is only unique to ICNB. IT IS NOT.
