In concerns to the "fake" address...

BLDV, or Blue Diamond Consulting, LLC does infact have their HQ listed at the address: 535 N. Michigan Ave. Chicago IL 60611

While this is mainly a resiential building if you do a little bit more digging and go under floor plans you can see the there are several studios that can be rented.

While the concern that this could be a fake location is meritable, with the studios available in the complex I believe that it is entirely possible for them to be running a small business out of one of these creative spaces.
