I decided to look up BLDV's "corporate headquarters."

I couldn't find the exact "suite" but one next to it on the same floor turns out to be a 1 bedroom/ 1 bath/ 850 sq' condo that sold in December for $230k. Others in that building all seem to be in the same the same size/ price range.

On page 14 of their most recent annual report it says-->

"7) Describe the Issuer’s Facilities:

We lease office space which is located at 535 N. Michigan Avenue, Suite 3001, Chicago, IL 60611."
