as to the IBM product, right now what is being offered does not involve network services. Thus one would deduce it is the "basic" set of services. I will inquire further to understand how an enterprise would avail themselves of something that is so focused on individual machines. I suspect that an answer could be it is a start and once deployed we will have available the necessary services to support a broader and more robust application.
