#5541 RE: aleajactaest #5533

aleajactaest: Thanks for your feedback. I certainly welcome sincere expressions of differences of opinion. And, I have valued your contributions both here and on the old RB. But I was having difficulty with the time it took to get through some of the chit chat as well as the posters that are quite transparent in their insincerity. But I have received several suggestions that I will try.

I am aware that the old RB DD board is still alive, albeit infrequently used. But those who still post there have some cogent contributions.

Thanks for responding and I will try some of the other ways to cut down on the time spent.

alea--Too bad you continue to feel compelled to perpetuate the following falsehood: "It is made harder for Wavoids by the fact that they are unwilling to argue in territory that challenges their opinions."

CM, awkuhn, weby, wildman, doma, scorpio, rachel, micro, 24601, to name just a few of the stellar Wavoids who have graced these boards, have ALWAYS, let me repeat, have ALWAYS, been willing, indeed, more than willing, "to argue in territory that challenges their opinions".

Wavoids don't deserve that slur. I would suggest that you rethink your position on this matter.

alea, a would like to know what your definition of wavoid is, for there are many I would consider fall into that category that wholeheartedly embrace challenges to thier understanding of Wave.

My understanding, mind you, is only about (by my estimation) 75% whole. I welcome questions by those that some call bashers. Some may even be, and even if they are, they serve the same purpose.

(as for RB, it is unstable. Like a dog that has bitten me twice, I will watch it from a distance. May post there sometimes, but it is not the primary board, for me, for discussions of any sort, be it Wave, other stocks, politics or jokes)

alea: great post

So much true. The following statement takes what you said to an extreme (not sure who it was that said this):
"When two persons fully agree on something, one of two things happened: Either one of them is not listenning or the other one is lying".
