No one disputes it that mackie is confident in NioCorp.

The problem is, that NioCorp accepted that offer from mackie and gave out share at a much lower price then we expect to be in about a month or two. This is the main question. Mackie is fine, but why did NioCorp accepted it?
Why should we give away free shares at that point of time?
If mark doesn't give an explanation on monday, I expect the share price to make another dip. JMO

Mackie wanting the deal is obviously a good sign, but as I said, I'd like that deal too.

What surprised me is that NioCorp agreed to the deal. Why would they sell shares/warrants at the current price if they expect the share price to be significantly higher in 2 months unless they need the money sooner.

I did contact Jim in the mean time and I get from his response that we do need the money right now in order to keep things moving quickly. I did not realise we were that strapped for cash, but I accept it is a good reason for the small dilution we now incurred.

BTW Jim mentioned that they are now focused on the capital raise and that is what the funds are largely targeted toward.
