My apologies for being too aggressively sarcastic in my response to you, but being bombarded by others disappointments when I'm silently positive brings it out of me.
But why does there have to be any reason for the bought deal, other than Mackie wanting the shares at the same price as the last PP with warrants exercisable at $.85
It means they are confident in NioCorp and want a bigger piece of the pie. No harm no foul imho
