So, in your scenario, once they surpass the $500,000m in profits and have to start paying income tax, they will start paying dividends. They say they hope to breakeven in twelve months. When do you see them surpassing this $500,000 in accumulated profits? How much could AVID possibly make? They would need to re-invest everything for growth in order to make any real money.

PPHM paying dividends in the next fifty year is ludicrous. Why do you do things like this?

You should ask the company when they foresee paying dividends. I'm sure they could use the laugh. They are likely just getting over the guffaws from filing a bla on a failed trial.
