I'm sorry but what part don't you understand that Net Income and EPS has DROPPED significantly this past quarter compared to the same quarter last year, which did not include the acquisition?
That's just silly. Prior to Rob, the company was reporting around 100-150K total profit. Afterwards, it reached the 800K mark for a couple of Quarters before falling off a bit due to the Putin-induced European crisis. AIS was immediately accretive, and the report last September, 4 months following the Periscope acquisition showed around .24 EPS. This was all in the context of an increased share count from the 7M area.
As for the pro forma numbers of the companies being acquired, most of them have had a degree of "lumpiness" in their previous year, while Rob had taken a serious hit. They all agreed to be acquired, so they weren't completely confident in going alone. The important thing is whether Cemtrex benefits from the acquisition, which has generally been positive, particularly for the Spring and Summer quarters.
