Of course the EPS dropped this Q. In view of the turmoil created by the litigation, it's encouraging that they were even profitable. I don't see how you conclude that the Periscope acquisition hurt profits and then even generalize to saying that all of the acquisitions failed. The Periscope has been a contributor to 2 good quarters and a one month contributor to another.
