I like this dividend subject

One unique way I was suggesting in an earlier post was to plan a dividend where you must hold the stock for longer than the norm (quarterly...) and say a one time special dividend for those that hold for 1 year from date x

Would certainly help curtail the manipulation if they do this "before" bigger future news and it would help stop any future lids on the pps

Could work well with awarding a future partner some shares

Dividends aren't deductible.

This company will never pay dividends, nor should they. If they ever are profitable and have a tax situation, dividends would not help. They would be better off reinvesting the money in their business. We are way, way down the road now. If you are over thirty you would likely never have to concern yourself with this anyhow with this company.

Profitability needs to be achieved and sustainable before there is any such talk of dividend. King hasn't hit a goal in his own given timeline. If he's using Lytle's projections it's even more suspect.
