corporal, that is a statement that makes no sense. Why would PPHM never ever pay dividends. If they are profitable in 12 months as announced and now supported by some reasonable theories of how they may do that (without them having told us) then they will start writing down and as a consequence build a CASH position (what doesn't go to taxes stays in PPHM and 500Mil$ to write down on at 33% taxes (would by European rate but I guess in the US it will be something like that) that brings 33% of 500 Mil$.

SO after that they will start paying taxes and pile up more cash. Why would they not pay dividends at that moment and what statement or document or publication or presentation of PPHM do you base yourself on to claim they will never pay dividends?
