great post. either all this:

Did pushing the debt up by $135k insure comfort that no one else would show up to bid? Or is he making sure the lights stay on for when he struts in?

or he wanted more shares of the OS. a conversion price of .0004 a share (how would we know the conversion rate since they are dark?) on a loan of $135K would give him the entire maxed out 650M OS/AS.
