Don't let me mislead you...im not trying to be negative here...just pointing out what in seeing about default and cancelled shares. I've been racking my brain and the only silver lining I see in this would be an incredibly sharp play by Roche if this is how it plays out.

Guy is loaded...he doesn't want this public holding company anymore. There are several shells out there for sale and several private companies that would like to take the easy route of going public. So he gets the media to help him out. He is going to bid what he owes in loans on the company essentially making that the low bid...however, if there's a private company looking for a shell with a low O/S that wants to bid higher...they get the shell and Roche makes money. The default and auction is just to attract the attention of potential companies looking to go public.

There are two other things to consider here when weighing the likelihood of RR trying to screw shareholders.

1)RR is also CEO of NYSE: ATV. If he screws us over he runs the real risk the SEC gets involved, and, if found guilty of defrauding investors, could potentially be banned from any involvement in a public company whatsoever....including ATV. Not worth the risk.

2) RR & Mark Pacchini are personal friends. I believe RR was the person who installed Pacchini as the CEO. If RR tried to wipe our shareholders I suspect lawsuits would be filed against RR but also against Pacchini....possibly for conspiracy to defraud RVUE investors. Not worth the risk.

All that said, I am confident RR's intent by forcing the foreclosure is to gain undisputed control of the shell (which is an asset of RVUE....the only asset that matters really) and reverse some or all of Roche Enterprises into it.
