in the RVUE filings robert w. roche states in several places he thinks (or thought) RVUE was a good investment opportunity.

bonus incentives were listed in filings for a buyout, at various valuations, too.

with that language comes a responsibility.

he also was consistently loaning the company money (as recently as late april 2017), and became a majority shareholder months ago.

with control, comes responsibility.

so i think robert w. roche will do the responsible thing here.
