exactly, no sense in buying in before the quarterlies released, however, at any time if a significant chain is announced the stock can fly...when you consider the risk/reward profile at around .01-.012 it appears very favorable, especially considering this has held .01 all year

If they come out with $1M in top line REVS next week, what do you thnk it will cost for 1M shares?

Then they hit $2M July 15th ?!?

If someone asked me if he should take a position in ICNB before mid-August, I'd say yes. But right now? Maybe not.
