This was a PR in an attempt to abate the slow blood-letting that is current taking place in the security. Problem with these type of securities, is they let out between 2-5% on a daily basis and then see a 30% gain in one day....problem is, they have lost 50% of their value over the past two weeks. This security is nothing more than a MM play thing at the moment and will remain as such until they release earnings...then the MM can truly start to have some fun!

In November we introduced it but it was not available for purchase and install. Now it is complete and available .

I've already sent an email to CoreIR to ask if there is any difference other than the wording
