This was a PR in an attempt to abate the slow blood-letting that is current taking place in the security. Problem with these type of securities, is they let out between 2-5% on a daily basis and then see a 30% gain in one day....problem is, they have lost 50% of their value over the past two weeks. This security is nothing more than a MM play thing at the moment and will remain as such until they release earnings...then the MM can truly start to have some fun!
