You are correct, it says 7M Float on ecarfly.com. I guess that is as of 8/4.
The 'funny' thing is that they PRd their compliance with pinksheets.com, where they list a 5M OS, as of 7/28.
So they went from a 5M OS to a 7M float in a week it looks like. That *could* be construed as massive dilution. In any case it ought to be a warning.
There were plenty of times in the last weeks when they should have been moving up with the buying pressure but they were not. Dilution or manipulation, either way you are playing aginst the trend.
Notice also they move down twice as hard as they move up. Purely on the strength of the shorts? Or helped out by a touchy share structure situation?
I wish they had updated their investors page since 8/4. If they were reporting they would have to update that on their website within a day of any news release.
Also, who can get in touch with the transfer agent? That would settle a lot.
