I don't know.. we are tied to Lehman now... it is so sickening that the HUGE NOL opportunity is being squandered away for years and years just to make the $CUMBAG Creditors more payments than what was originally envisioned as POR of the Leh BK in front of the BK Judge! Not to mention the fact that we were deliberately kicked down from Class 5 to Class 12 so that the Sr. Creditrs (Read Hedgie-SCUM) can steal the divvy payments due to us...Enough of this Farce.. the Trustee has to stop this nonsense and let Lehman emerge out from BK ASAP so that we can then leverage the NOLs and finally the Shareholders (CTs, Preferred & Commons) can at last get their due.
